James took care of us at the counter, he was so patient and kind! We hadn’t come in such a long time, and didn’t know what we should pay for, put on cards, or pay up front, he so kindly explained everything even with a line building behind us, we never felt rushed. He quickly took care of some other customers in a second line while we got our thoughts and money together. (*You save if you pay cash). Ari- our server was also so polite and friendly, took her time explaining the menu and deals. Our food came out quickly, fresh and delicious!

We had a ball. Bowled, laser tagged, and go-kart raced! The pizza was great! Wings were good. Ok price. I should've got there before 4p or on a Tuesday to save money.

The servers are incredible and the food is delicious. The food came out so quick I was very impressed it allowed more time for the kids to play! The game selection is vast and the kids love being able to shoot their mom with gel blasters!

Visited Big Play Entertainment Center for mini golf and had a mixed experience. We did end up having fun, but there were definitely some issues. A lot of the other attractions didn’t seem to be operating, and the course we originally wanted to play was closed, so we had to go back inside just to switch scorecards. The mini golf course itself could use some maintenance—there were quite a few leaves and sticks on the course, and it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned off recently. Also, there wasn’t much oversight outside, as most of the staff were inside the main building, which we honestly only found because of all the cars out front. Otherwise, we might’ve just driven past it. The golf ball system was also a bit odd—you have to buy a card, load money onto it, then use a machine to get a ball… only to return the ball to an open bin on a random table afterward. Just felt unnecessarily complicated. Overall, we still had a good time, but the experience could definitely be improved with better organization and upkeep.
